Message us / fill in the onboarding form first
Send your fault codes so we can confirm it is the right repair.

Pay £249
Pay the full £249 to secure your repair slot and receive your packing slip instantly. If your unit turns out to be unrepairable, we refund £199 and retain £50 for testing and delivery.

Remove the TCM
Separate the control unit from the mechatronic body. Removal varies by vehicle — ask us if unsure.

Clean and dry it
Wipe the outside down so it arrives clean and dry.

Wrap it properly
Plenty of bubble wrap and a sturdy box. Not a padded envelope.

Include your details
Name, phone number, vehicle and any fault codes you have read.

Add a return label
Include a prepaid tracked return label in the box — the return leg stays with you.
08
Send it tracked
Use a tracked service and send us the tracking number.
